The App features an "Audio Sync" visualizer that reacts to music. This feature only analyzes the frequencies of the pre-loaded, in-game audio tracks. The App does NOT request microphone permissions, nor does it record, access, or listen to any external audio or voice data from your device.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners. Note: Because the App features a Global Leaderboard, your chosen "Callsign," profile picture (if logged in via Google), and game score will be publicly visible to other players of the App.

All data sent to our leaderboard servers is transmitted securely via Firebase. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (such as via a Google Login), we will immediately delete this from our servers.
